Blades for Food

Blades for scalers, peelers, slicers and squaring machines. Manufactured from the highest quality stainless or carbon steel, they are ideal for skinning, slicing or chopping beef, pork, chicken and lamb but also for hard cheeses, fruits and vegetables (e.g., potato chips).

FO2 series blades can be ordered in “custom” length (varying from 95 to 1500 mm), height of 20, 22 or 25 mm, and thickness of 0.7 or 1 mm.

They are available in four versions:
– full-length cutting edge
– cutting edge 45 left side
– cutting edge 45 right side
– cutting edge 45 side both left and and right

All measurements are in millimeters.
